Congratulation on your admission to school. Every school requires acceptance fee to accept the admission or not. If you want to accept your admission, then you will have to make a payment of your acceptance fee. After payment of your acceptance fee, printing your CLEARANCE FORM is the next thing to do. Below are the steps to help you through.
1. Login to your prospective portal
2. Input your email and password
3. Click on your check admission status
4. Click on print login details (this will give you details to login into the fresh student portal)
5. Log out from your prospective account and log in to your fresh student portal
6. Here you will be able to print your clearance form.
Once you have your clearance form with you, follow the step below:
- Go to the Mapoly medical center to proceed for your medical registration.
- Once you are back, you will be able to sign your clearance form from your department HOD signature and comment
Thereafter, you can proceed to the school admin and school office to complete your registration.
