1. Application Slip (Having your updated CBT password and score)
2. O’level result (s)
3. Passports photographs
4. Local Government Identity (State of Origin certificate)
5. ND Notification of Result
6. IT Completion Letter (original)
7. Birth Certificate
Note: You are expected to dress cooperate.
