Now is the time to make your insurance claim!.
Documents required:
- Medical Report from reputable hospital.
- Death Certificate in case of death of students or parents/sponsor/guardians.
- Tuition fee receipt, first semester or the previous year.
- Evidence of payment of health insurance.
Two copies of the aforementioned documents should be submitted to the Students union Secretariat on or before Friday/ 2 /8/2019
