Afropop singer and songwriter Simi has finally shown the face and also penned a heartfelt message to her daughter, Adejare, who turned one year old today, 30th of May.
It would be recalled that Simi and her husband, Adekunle Gold, welcomed their first child together one year ago.
They welcomed her after they got married in a dazzling but low-key marriage attended by some big names in the entertainment industry.
Both couples have been consistent in showing their daughter the love she deserves ever since she was welcomed to earth, and Simi did not let her one-year-old celebration go by.
Simi via her official Instagram account wrote a heartfelt message that showed how much she’s loving the adventure that come with being a mother as she went on to profess her undying love.

As I write this, I’m watching you watch some baby show and Déjà – E CHOKE!!! Literally choking with love for you my girl. I wanna cry because Ayo mi, you make me so happy. I’m so blessed to know you and have you in my life. I’m so incredibly favored to experience your smiles and giggles and the noises you make to embarrass the whole family on the aeroplane.
